Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods – No Refunds
All products sold by J3WARE v2 are digital goods (software keys and digital products).
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds or returns are offered once a product has been delivered, except where required under UK consumer law.
2. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period.
However, by completing a purchase with J3WARE v2, you explicitly agree that:
- Digital content will be delivered immediately, and
- You waive your right to cancel once delivery has begun.
This waiver is required to complete checkout.
3. Invalid or Non-Functional Keys
If a software key is invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
After verification, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the key, or
- Issue store credit
Refunds are not guaranteed and are not issued for:
- User error
- Incorrect installation
- System incompatibility
- Third-party bans, revocations, or restrictions
- Change of mind
4. Payment Method Rules
Stripe (Card Payments)
- Refunds, if approved, are processed back to the original payment method.
- Processing times depend on Stripe and your bank.
PayPal Friends & Family
- Payments sent via PayPal Friends & Family are non-refundable.
- These payments are treated as personal transfers and cannot be disputed.
Cryptocurrency (Litecoin – LTC)
- Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible.
- Refunds are not possible once payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered product may result in:
- Permanent account termination
- Loss of access to services
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Submission of delivery and transaction evidence to payment processors
6. Fraud & Abuse
Refunds or replacements will not be provided if we detect:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of support systems
- Multiple replacement attempts
- False claims regarding product validity
