J3WARE v2 is a UK-based digital store that resells software license keys and digital products. All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

3. Eligibility

4. Digital Delivery

All products sold are digital goods.
Software keys are delivered via email, user dashboard, or other digital means.
Delivery is usually instant but may be delayed due to system issues or manual review.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and account information.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Stripe (debit/credit cards)
• PayPal Friends & Family
• Cryptocurrency (Litecoin – LTC)

Important Payment Notices:

• PayPal Friends & Family payments are treated as non-refundable personal payments.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible once sent.
• You are responsible for sending the correct payment amount and to the correct address.

Any underpayments, overpayments, or incorrect transactions are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a product has been delivered, except where required under UK consumer law.
If a software key is confirmed to be invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Provide a replacement key
• Issue store credit

Refunds will not be issued for:

• User error
• Incompatibility
• Change of mind
• Software bans or restrictions imposed by third parties

7. Software Licensing & Third-Party Responsibility

J3WARE v2 does not own or develop the software unless explicitly stated. All software keys are governed by the original publisher's license terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party developers, platforms, or service providers.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, duplicate, or redistribute software keys unlawfully
• Attempt to bypass payment systems or protections
• Abuse chargebacks or payment disputes
• Engage in fraud, scamming, or illegal activity
• Use our services in a way that violates third-party terms

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without notice.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a product that was successfully delivered may result in:

• Permanent account termination
• Loss of access to purchased products
• Blacklisting from future purchases
• Evidence being submitted to Stripe, PayPal, or other payment processors

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J3WARE v2 shall not be liable for:

• Software bans, suspensions, or revoked licenses
• Loss of data, profits, or digital assets
• Damages resulting from misuse or incompatibility

All products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in suspicious or fraudulent behavior
• Abuse our services or payment systems

Termination may occur without prior notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of J3WARE v2 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
